Mens Eagle Council for the prevention of violence

The Men's Eagle Council is a Boulder based volunteer group of committed parents who provide experiential education events for young men such as weekend workshops and spring semester seminars. The focus is on leaving the home gracefully and entering the larger community with respect and commitment for the prevention of violence. We work on the principles of extraordinary respect as modeled my Dr. Scott Peck in his writings on Community Building plus practical applications to everyday life. Topics addressed include date rape, anger, addictions, homophobia, male bonding, honoring family and mature leadership. We also provide coaching services to the young men and their families.
