Mission Statement

The Dorsey High Class of 2005 Reunion Inc.’s sole charitable purpose is to reunite Susan Miller Dorsey High Alumni, pool our resources, and provide college preparatory services, mentorship, and scholarship aid to disadvantaged students of our alma mater.

Description

Just 39% of Dorsey High graduates meet the A-G requirements to be eligible to apply for UC and CSU institutions. Young Dorsey Alumni are trying to change these figures and promote excellence from Dorsey High Students. In addition to our annual April McNeel Scholarship for Exemplary students, we host a Leadership Development Program on campus that aims to prepare students post their graduation from Dorsey High for higher education and career success.
