The purpose of Alexander's Run is to provide financial support for the Alexander Michael Dodson Memorial Scholarship Fund of the Princeton Area Community Foundation and The Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) Foundation.

With the support of community volunteersm Alexander's Run hosts an annual 5K run to raise money to benefit the Alexander Michael Dodson Memorial Scholarship Fund and The Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood Foundation.
