Mission Statement

The United Arc is committed to ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have full access to systems and opportunities that uphold human rights, enhance growth and wellbeing, offer choice and promote full inclusion in society. This mission is carried out by providing services, conducting advocacy, identifying resources and creating community partnerships.

Description

The United Arc provides an array of flexible services for individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. During fiscal year 2015, The United Arc provided services to more than 500 individuals and families from 47 communities in Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties, and in surrounding communities. We celebrated our 60th year serving citizens with disabilities in 2011.
