Mission Statement

The mission of the National Sports Center is to provide amateur sports opportunities for not only Minnesota’s youth, but for youth all across the world. We accomplish this by holding a variety of nationwide and international tournaments each year. The largest tournament we conduct each year is the Target USA Cup. The USA Cup is the largest youth soccer tournament in the Western hemisphere and typically features over 1,000 unique teams. Other than soccer, the tournament features a wide variety of entertaining activities, celebrity appearances, and more! This year, the tournament takes place from July 9th-July 17th, and we in need of volunteers more than ever before. During the USA Cup, volunteers are responsible for a variety of tournament operations including managing fields, providing transportation for referees, opening ceremony responsibilities, and much more.
