Mission Statement

The Ann Arbor Book Festival's mission is to promote the reading and celebration of books, heightening the awareness of literacy and the advocacy of reading and wirting programs, while advancing the rich culture of the written word in Michigan.

Description

The Book Festival happens each May on the campus of the University of Michigan. Author readings, panel discussions, and a host of other activities for booklovers and readers and writers of all ages bring the Festival to life. In 2009, the Festival will take place May 14-17.
