We are looking for a Veterans who want to give back to the community mentoring and tutoring children while making learning fun!! Volunteer once or five times a week. It's up to you! The Reading Plus Program, a nonprofit outreach is an opportunity to work with energetic children from 1st-8th Grade. This is an after school program with a goal to increase reading scores, Help with homework and spark interest in STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art & Math) Activities. Tutors will work one on one and in group settings making learning fun. We are looking for dedicated volunteers who love to make a difference in the lives of children. The Branch Discover Camp is an 8-week Day Camp where Kids will discover new talents and ideas all while having fun. The Branch Discover Camp is a Summer Enrichment Program that keeps kids learning through the summer coupled with various skills to engage in. One of the skills is Film Making. This is the perfect opportunity to show kids what you are learning! Together you and several students of different ages will create movie shorts to be viewed at the end of camp.

Branch Discover Camp is providing an experience to children who otherwise would be home alone. We are looking for volunteers who will have the opportunity to work with children K-6th grade. You will help lead a group of children through a time of discovery. Skills in any of the following: Music, Drama, Reading, Math, Science, Film, Photography, Creative Writing, cooking is a plus.
