We welcome volunteers into our warehouse to sort, sticker and pack the thousands of donated children's books we receive on a daily basis. We hope to see you soon!

Cleveland Kids' Book Bank (CKBB) is a great organization run by great people. While I grew up in poverty, I was always fortunate enough to have a seemingly endless supply of books, and I believe that access is what got me to where I am today. Since not all children, particularly those in poverty-stricken neighborhoods, are not so lucky, we need organizations dedicated to getting books to kids, which is exactly what CKBB does. I have helped sort books a couple times now, and the task is not only rewarding, but also fun. I attend the Young Professionals' Books and Brew events, so it's more like a friendly get-together than work. If you have any interest in books, literacy, children, or simply and obsessive-compulsive need to sort, this is a great organization with which to volunteer!

I love coming and sorting books in order for them to go to a child or family learning to read and grow.
