Mission Statement

To help San Francisco Bay Area schools teach next generations how to learn, how to communicate, and how to think creatively, critically and independently.

Description

Visual thinking Strategies is a strategic tool educators use across the curriculum to help their students develop skills in critical thinking, communication, listening, language development, aesthetic development, tolerance and understanding.

The program is provided as a professional development opportunity to schools in four bay area counties by SF Bay VTS. Our goal is to help close the achievement gap for all students and promote creative, critical thinkers who are encouraged to speak their unique minds and taught to work together from this perspective to find solutions.
