The Mission of Catholic Charities of Rensselaer County (CCRC) is to serve and empower persons in need in Rensselaer County and to be advocates in improving the quality of life of children and their families in Rensselaer County through short and long-term assistance.

Description

Catholic Charities of Rensselaer County strives to create a more holistic approach to addressing the environmental, economic and social issues that threaten the more distressed and disadvantaged communities within Rensselaer County by way of primary detection, intervention and prevention. Additionally, CCRC will strive to provide the economic and community developmental support necessary to enhance individual, family and community growth.
