Mission Statement

Our Mission is to TEACH, COACH, and MENTOR the youth of Dayton on the fundamentals of Football and Cheerleading. By promoting Good Character, Teamwork, Sportsmanship and Knowledge which will give the youth the opportunity to develop leadership skills and become better citizens on and off the field.

Description

The Dayton Jets Youth Football and Cheerleading (DJYFC) is a youth football organization based in Dayton, Ohio. We are a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit organization with the State of Ohio. We are a member of the Greater Ohio Youth Football Conference (GOYFC) in West Chester, Ohio. Also, a USA Heads Up Football certified organization.


  • Our participants are boys and girls grades Kindergarten through Eighth.

  • Our coaches have experience coaching youth teams and/or additional value-added professional experience.

  • Our coaches/staff/Board consists of volunteers from within the community with an interest and passion for youth, football, and cheerleading.

  • Our focus is not only on football and cheer but also the following: our A+ Program, STAR program, Weekly Eligibility Program and our new Tutoring program.
