Cindy Terry Outreach, Inc. strives to help anyone who is in dire need of food, shelter, clothing, healthcare assistance, small business assistance and spiritual guidance. We are located in Springdale, Ohio. Our organization will attempt to help anyone international who reaches out to us contingent upon availability of funds. We believe that no one should have to worry or struggle with the basic necessities of life. We assist with elderly care, individuals with physical or mental disabilities, also scholarships for personal growth.
