The mission of the Woodridge Park District is to enhance the quality of life of its residents by providing superior parks, facilities and recreational services in a fiscally responsible manner

Description

Founded in 1969, the Woodridge Park District serves approximately 35,500 residents, offers more than 1,000 programs each year, and maintains four facilities and 60 community and neighborhood parks and sites, woodlands, wetlands, bikeways and open space totaling 655 acres.

Facilities include Cypress Cove Aquatic Family Park, Hobson Pool, Village Greens Golf Course and the Community Center.

Our commitment to excellence is why the Woodridge Park District earned the Illinois Distinguished Agency Award for exemplary effort in providing leisure services for its third time in 2004.
