Mission Statement

Lancaster Young Professionals provides its members the opportunity to actively participate in the community and network professionally, with the goal of attracting, retaining and supporting young talent in Lancaster County. Through charitable, networking, social and educational events, LYP will demonstrate the tremendous resources and opportunities Lancaster County offers to young professionals, and establish ourselves as a unified and influential voice in the local community.

Description

LYP's purpose is to provide a forum for Lancaster County young professionals to serve in the community, network, socialize, and promote Lancaster County, utilizing the collective energy of a diverse group of individuals.

Serving the Community:
LYP will be involved in civic activities in Lancaster County in order to open the line of communication between ourselves and other non-profit organizations. By providing service to the community in which we work and live, we establish ourselves as a strong and viable voice in Lancaster County.
