Mission Statement

The Friends of Loomis Library has one purpose: to advocate and support library services in the Loomis community. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting social, cultural and educational programs and resources in our community.

Description

We are a group of diverse individuals with different backgrounds and experience, but the one thing we have in common is a shared commitment to enhance our community by supporting a lifetime of learning for everyone. We believe the library is the heart and soul of a community, and we are dedicated to preserving library services in Loomis. Our Town has had a library since 1910 and we want to make sure this valuable service is available for generations to come.
