To provide supportive, holistic care to our patients and their families by implementing an individualized plan of care developed by an interdisciplinary team resulting in our patients being able to live out their lives in a dignified and comfortable manner.

Description

Comfort Care Coastal Hospice is an organization that provides compassionate care to people with a life limiting illness. That care is provided through nursing care, assistance with activities of daily living, providing assistance with linking up with community resources, emotional support and spiritual support. We utilize paid staff and volunteers in meeting the needs of our patients and their families. At comfort Care Coastal Hospice we believe we can make a difference and we are pasionate about the opportunity to do so.
