We as a team will consistently strive to improve the process by empowering employees, giving them information, resources, and authority needed to improve work procedures that affect resident satisfaction.

Homestead of Leawood will continuously seek to establish and maintain partnerships with residents, their families and community health care professionals. Together we share the responsibility for maintaining quality.

Our goal is resident satisfaction. We want the residents to feel good about themselves and those around them. Staff shall be creative, cooperative and hard working to accomplish the kind, gentle, safe atmosphere we all long for.
