The American Liver Foundation is a national organization with 16 Divisions in the following states:

Arizona, California (San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco), Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia and Pittsburg), Tennessee and Washington.
