Responsibilities: Email Management: Organize and prioritize emails sent to info@artsinct.org, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-ups. Mailing List Maintenance: Distribute surveys to contacts, gather feedback, and update the mailing list as needed. School Outreach: Create and send informational content to school districts about Arts In CT’s offerings, enabling them to make informed decisions about partnerships. Content Writing: Collaborate on creating content for the Arts In CT website and the new program catalog to promote services and events effectively. Sponsor Engagement: Assist in identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential sponsors. Tasks include making calls, sending letters, and advocating for Arts In CT’s initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with Arts In CT’s administrator and team to ensure seamless communication and task execution. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in managing emails and creating written content. Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping. Confidence in making professional phone calls and handling outreach activities. Familiarity with the arts is a plus but not required. Additional Projects: Contribute to content creation for the Arts In CT website to ensure an engaging and informative online presence.
