The mission of Page Youth Center is to enhance the lives of our community’s youth by providing quality programs at a reasonable cost. We continue our mission of keeping good kids good, helping boys and girls from 6-18 years of age to develop self-confidence, physical fitness, and personal responsibility. Presenting superior programs combined with exceptional facilities has truly made PYC the place to be for our community’s youth.
We believe that through sports youth can learn valuable life lessons in teamwork, perseverance, cooperation and sportsmanship. Our participants learn that success comes from practice and hard work and that being part of a team brings unique challenges and rewards. We recognize that children are our future and that our programs help prepare them for their roles as tomorrow’s citizens and leaders.
The Page Youth Center was founded and incorporated in 1984 by a group of local individuals with the vision to enhance the lives of Santa Barbara area youth by using sport programs to build character, self-confidence, physical fitness and sportsmanship. In 1991, to meet the increasing needs of the community, PYC completed its 23,000 square foot sports facility which features a 16,000-square-foot gymnasium suitable for a variety of sports.
