Description

-Interviews, screens and refers clients by phone for assistance programs in Office of Community Service.

-Coordinates and schedules staff intake appointments.

-Inputs vital information and conducts searches in Harmony and other data systems.

-Provides administrative support for OCS staff.

-Organizes and maintains case filing system.

-Maintains updated information regarding available community resources.

-Provides community outreach regarding OCS programs.

-Orders supplies

-Other duties as assigned
