Mission Statement

Pulaski Daily Bread Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization located at 408 North Jefferson Avenue in Pulaski , VA and is facilitated in the First Presbyterian Church. The purpose of this organization is as follows:

1. To provide facilities for the preparation and serving of a noon-day meal to those persons who feel the need of such nourishment and present themselves and their families to the facility.

1. To seek volunteers from the community to operate and maintain the program.

1. To encourage persons in the community to donate food, in-kind temporary storage and supply facilities as well as money to purchase such food, storage facilities and supplies.

1. To serve as a demonstration project by providing information and data to the general public and to the appropriate agencies and institutions.

1. To create a loving, caring, and wholesome atmosphere among the recipients and the volunteers so the entire program will be an effective witness to God's love for all people and an effort to carry out his commandment to love each other.

1. To do all things consistently and properly with these articles to promote the above purposes.
