Just Friends Adult Day Services

Description

Just Friends is the only not for profit activity based program to provide an adult day service in Columbus, Indiana, and surrounding area.

We provide a safe, friendly, and secure environment with convenient and flexible schedules (1-5 days per week) in a homelike setting with wheelchair accessibility.

Continuous activities are available which encourage choice, and assistance is provided when necessary. Participants enjoy physical, mental, social, and spiritual interaction. Sing-a-longs, bingo, special outings, and pet therapy are just some of the activities available.

We use a Prevention & Wellness approach, including nursing and social work support. Our friendly staff is certified to develop and implement an activity program and each staff member is qualified in first aid and CPR. In addition we provde Clinical Health Monitoring by qualified nursing professionals, as well as nutritious, dietitian monitored meals and snacks.

We provide social support and, through provision of activities, endeavor to maximize independence. Quality of life will be enhanced by social interaction and participation in therapeutic programs.
