Northwest Behavioral Health Services is a private, not-for-profit corporation, chartered by the state of Florida and granted 501(c)3 status by the Internal Revenue Service in April, 1992. The organization is state certified as a mental health agency and is licensed by the Department of Children and Families as a provider for substance abuse treatment.
