Mission Statement

Ishah 'El theatre arts' mission is to promote, support, educate and present music of other cultures as well as original works and adaptations based on music, drama and arts from other cultural traditions. Through an artistic communal dialogue and interaction with one another we are enriched with a greater understanding and appreciation of the creative spirit found in each of us and the cultural perspective particular to others. Within this framework we purpose to promote the music, drama and arts of one another in a manner which is accessible to and benefits our community.

Description

Ishah 'El theatre arts collaborative is a non profit cultural performing arts/ theatre company focused on development, education, support and promotion of traditional arts of other cultures and developing new original works for public performance in our community.

Our vision is to develop new & original works of theatre with an emphasis on spiritual & social themes and to share entertaining & uplifting stories of other cultures through live drama, music, dance, art & prophetic improvisation.
