Position Title: Mentorship Program Coordinator Department: Scholarship Reports to: Scholarship Director Open Positions: 1 JOB SUMMARY The National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP) is looking for a qualified professional to serve as the Project Coordinator to the Mentorship Program department. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and project management skills with discernment, flexibility, and a passion for NAAHP’s mission. The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running with the ability to adapt. He/she must be able to learn new systems and be open to feedback. Success in this position requires that you thrive in a startup organization with multiple projects, changing priorities and deadlines, and are able to effectively juggle, manage, and drive a variety of tasks/activities at once. TASK DESCRIPTION Effectively handle sensitive and confidential information Manage meeting minutes Manages Mentor/Mentee Applicants Manages administrative tasks as assigned by Director of the Mentorship Program (i.e. developing reports, drafting emails, etc.) Coordinates meetings for Mentorship Program department Proactively ensures that initiatives and projects for the Scholarship department are accomplished in a timely manner Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of the Mentorship Program QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of AA/AS degree with 3 years related experience, Bachelor degree preferred Experience managing multiple high-priority projects Strong MS Office experience (i.e. reports, powerpoint presentations, etc.) Proven ability to multi-task with outstanding time management skills, demonstrated ability to execute on short-term, deadline-driven tasks, as well as important, long-term projects requiring collaboration Active problem solving and effective interpersonal skills s Comfortable working in a virtual environment Ability to prioritize and multi-task Must be detail oriented Must be comfortable working within a startup environment subject to ambiguity and change

JOB SUMMARY The National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP) is seeking a talented, enthusiastic Grant Director. The Grant Director is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the grant development functions of the NAAHP. The Grant Director will work closely with the Executive Team to ensure the grant approval process is followed. TASK DESCRIPTION Refines existing grants management processes and identifies areas of improvement and implements those changes. Facilitates meetings with the Executive Team and impacted staff to ensure the essential elements of the procured grant funding are communicated. Secures all necessary endorsement letters and signatures. Maintains and implements funding calendar activities. Manages and monitors multiple grant applications, follow-up and reports. Assists with budget preparations along with the Finance Department. Play an active role in proposal writing by providing editorial/technical assistance around clarity of proposal study, use of compelling language, grammar, organization, adherence to sponsor guidelines and policies, references, etc. Ensures compliance with grant requirements from funding agencies. Maintains records of grant submissions and outcomes. Performs relevant research to identify available grant opportunities and evaluate the results. Keeps relevant staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities. Provide detailed reports to the funders and the Executive Team with respect to the organization's progress. Perform other duties as required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in education, public policy, communications, or related field. Five years of experience in successful grant proposal writing and grants management. Must be comfortable working within a startup environment subject to ambiguity and change

JOB SUMMARY The National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP) is seeking a talented, enthusiastic Grant Coordinator willing to work alongside the Grant Director. The Grant Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the organizations efforts to obtain grant funding by the identification and development of viable proposals for external funding of programs. This position will collaborate with our Executive Management Team to fulfill NAAHP’s mission. TASK DESCRIPTION Serve as a liaison between NAAHP and funding organizations. Ensure proposals and applications meet guidelines specified by funder and are processed in a timely manner to meet deadlines for submission. Prepare and compile all components of each grant submission, ensuring that proposals are formatted, packaged, and submitted in accordance with granting agency requirements. Provide reports and analysis on grant activities Participate in Grant Committee meetings to routinely to keep the Executive Team apprised of upcoming proposals, status of currently funded grants, and any other pertinent information Advises and/or assists as appropriate in the design, formatting and preparation of grant documentation, to include creation of computerized statistical summaries and/or graphics. Develops and maintains specialized databases and systems for recording and tracking grant proposals, awards, and related statistical information; creates and distributes standard and special reports, studies, summaries, and analyses, as required. Understand the need of the organization and searches for an appropriate funder in the market or related sources. Performs other duties as required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Public or Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field. Three years of experience developing programs, successful grant applications and accurate project budgets is required. Must be comfortable working within a startup environment subject to ambiguity and change
