Mission Statement

Our Mission:
A hiking venue for the general public to hike
out of the way byways and trails of Monroe and
surrounding counties in Western New York. To break routine, visit off-the-beaten path parks get outside, and make new friends. We strive to integrate community service and environmental advocacy with outdoor activities.

Description

The Rogue Hikers strive for the following three service goals:

1) To offer a safe venue in which to achieve personal fitness and create social bonds in the the community.

2) To provide a venue in which to do volunteer work and community service related to environmental needs and issues.

3) To act as an agent in environmental advocacy.

We participate in Trail Maintenance, Clean Sweep, Coastal Cleanup, and Make A Difference Day, as a group.
