Mission Statement

MHealthy is the university’s health and well-being program committed to creating a community of health where both the individual and organization thrive. MHealthy offers programs and services supporting physical activity, weight loss, nutrition, mental and emotional health, and occupational health.

Description

The MHealthy Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) offers programs to help individuals quit tobacco. Programs are available to U-M faculty, staff, and their spouses or other qualified adults, as well as students and U-M Health System patients. TCS offers a variety of tobacco treatment services in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. We do not lecture or use scare tactics. Programs are available either free of charge or for a small fee.
