The purpose of the Club is to further and promote the progressive development of the sport of soccer through organization, training and education; to organize a soccer team or teams to compete and participate in soccer; to promote the progressive development of the sport of soccer through the establishment and development of youth recreational, competitive and adult programs; to receive gifts, legacies, and donations, to be used solely to promote the
education, health, welfare and recreation of the Club membership through the organization of this corporation for the development of the sport of soccer. This organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
