The National Fibromyalgia Association in a non-profit[501(c)(3)] organization whose mission is to develop and execute programs dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with fibromyalgia(FM).

Description

The National Fibromyalgia Associatons

  • Provide information and support for patients, empowering them to take charge of their health and helping them learn to manage their symptoms.
  • Supply friends and family with useful information to help them understand and assist those with FM, and to encourage them to provide support people with FM.
  • Offer educational information and host CME conferences for the medical community to enable them to keep up-to -date on the latest information about FM research, diagnosis and treatment options.
  • Increase public awareness and understanding of FM by providing accurate information and clarifying misconceptions via the media
