Description

UpLife supports the well-being of adults with developmental disabilities through fostering independence and providing opport unities to build relationships work with our clients in a safe atmosphere to build confidence and pride through developing skills, hobbies, work, physical fitness and wellness.

UpLife works with families of adults with developmental disabilities by providing support such as resources, mentoring, support groups, education and outreach to nurture athe whole family so it can thrive. We work with families to build security by accessing and planning resources to avoid crisis and conflict.

UpLife utilizes arts programming spanning multiple levels of ability to help our clients engage in personal expression while building skills and community. Our arts programming also helps close the funding gap and promotes visibility of adults with disabilities and out organization through developing partnerships with the larger community and selling our clients' work.

UpLife facilitates our clients integration into the community by building bridges through partnerships and opportunity to work. We make a difference in our communities through working with businesses, neighbors, schools, social networks, government and police, other nonprofits and the arts community.
