The Just One Look Foundation was founded in 2000. Our office is located in Ojai, California.

The organization is managed by John Sherman (President) and Carla Sherman (Executive Director).

Just One Look Foundation is a public charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code and under the authority and supervision of the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board.

Our work is supported by small donations from supporting members all over the world. Donations make up more than 95% of our income. Donations to our organization are tax-deductible for US residents.

We have been meeting with people all over the world for more than 18 years, in person and online, to teach The Just One Look Method.

The Just One Look Method is an extremely simple approach to mental suffering unlike anything you have ever tried. It will rid you of the root cause of your dissatisfaction with life and the painful yearning for peace and fulfillment that seems never to be fully satisfied.

The Just One Look Method is the result of over nineteen years of experience working with people all over the world who have seen their relationship with their own lives change dramatically for the better.

The Just One Look Foundation is a small office operation led by John and Carla Sherman, who developed a simple method to automatically and subconsciously rid oneself of mental misery over time. I applied it in 2011 after a lifelong history of anxiety and depression. The first years, nothing much happened, but then year after year, it was clearing up until I got to a place where I'm just too involved with practical matters and things to enjoy to make time for philosophical ruminations as to why I should get depressed again. I'm telling you this because normally I don't do anything of value for anyone else. In my German translation work for them, they have always been available in their team chatroom for my questions and remarks. They have been open to my suggestions on rephrasing certain parts in their ebooks that got misunderstood by my editor. I couldn't think of anyone more pleasant to work with.
