Description

Central Care Integrated Health Services has been providing Houston with affordable, accessible health care for more than 20 years. Establsihed in 1992 to address the health services lost by the relocation of Harris County Hospital District's community clinics, Central Care aspires to provide high-quality, comprehensive health services through patient-centered education, collaboration wellness and outreach programs. Today, Central Care provides extensive health services, including medical, dental, mental, family planning, preventative care and more, to communities in the Houston area.
