1) To reduce the population (and killing) of homeless cats through spay/neuter. To rescue and provide shelter, veterinary care, and rehabilitation for homeless cats, when needed. To find appropriate permanent homes for homeless friendly cats and young kittens. To educate and support individuals and groups in helping homeless cats. To educate and assist those members of the public who are unable to afford retail veterinary care, to arrange low-cost veterinary services for their pets, in order to relieve the suffering, public nuisance and expense caused by the overpopulation of unwanted cats.
2)To raise funds for this charitable purpose.

Michelle Fish is a scam artist. She will set up feeding stations all over your property to attract strays, then fail to deal with them. She will also take a simple complaint from someone and take another persons lifelong friend away from them and refuse to speak to you as to what happened to your cat. I have spent 6 months trying to get in touch with her and leaving messages and am just being ignored. I guess she knows what's best for me in my life and has made the decision. An absolutely horrible person, and with her involvement with the forgotten cat, I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. Thank you Michelle!
