Assistance League of Las Vegas is a nonprofit that transforms the lives of children through community programs. As a chapter of a national organization, we have a rich history of supporting the talents of our members while engaging in service and meeting essential needs in our community. Description

Assistance League of Las Vegas, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is a 100% volunteer/member run organization, with no paid staff and has been serving the Las Vegas community for more than 42 years. Membership is open to any individual regardless of race, color, creed, or ethnic background. We have three opportunities for joining us: Assistance League of Las Vegas membership fulfills the daily running of our organization; Desert Sage Auxiliary is for those who have limited weekday hours but want to join and give back to their community; Assisteens Auxiliary membership is for teens in grades seven through twelve.

Our many philanthropic programs include giving out new clothing to school-aged children in need, baby clothes to agencies serving at-risk expectant mothers, scholarships to high school students with financial needs, items of need for at-risk high school students through other agencies, puppeteer program for elementary aged students on topics such as bullying, divorce and disabilities, books to at-risk early education programs, and items for pediatric hospital patients.
