YMED believes the community has a responsibility to provide for the special and edducation needs of pregnant adolescents and young parents. therefore, YMED serves pregnant adolescents, young parents and their children by providing education, counseling, child care and other significant support services to achieve a high school education.

Description

YMED provides case management to pregnant adolescents and assists them in securing the education and community resources that will assist them and their children to be self-sufficient.
