We do this through a combination of advocacy, education, empowerment, and representation. Opportunity: We are in need of 4 urgent translators of Pulaar from Mauritania and Soninke (2 for Pulaar and 2 for Soninke). This a remote opportunity and the time commitment is TBD. You can make a difference by translating. Time/Location: This can be done from home. Requirements: Fluency in Pulaar from Mauritania and/ OR Soninke Fluency in English Passion for Immigrant Rights! Opportunity: Esperanza is looking for a volunteer to assist our LOP Program (Community Education Program for Detained Adults). Some duties include conducting individual orientations, filling out I-589, and non legal referrals tasks for asylum seekers. Time/Location: This can be done from home, virtual.
