Riverside Community Hospital Volunteer Services

I was invited to the Interview/Orientation which was at 9:00am on October 6, 2016. The room was full of prospective volunteers, all except for me were young and in school for the medical field position. After 2 hours of introduction to what volunteering consist of, the class was finished and thats when Lydia Maples told me I would not be able to volunteer because I have red hair. The point I am trying to make is, you could have told me when I first walked in. Instead you had me fill out paperwork and listen to the presentation. That is very unprofessional. I am happy though knowing I will not be part of an organization that is mismanaged and where communication is lacking. Odd that communication is one of the key points in your presentation. Homemakers, career-oriented, retired professionals--of all ages.
