Namaste Hospice will provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort to all dying members of our community, without exception.
Namaste is a Sanskrit word, often said in India when people meet or part. It is a term of deep respect and is conveyed with high regard. Essentially, when someone used the word Namaste, they are saying, The divine in me bows to the divine in you.
Namaste Hospice was founded in 1998 with the intent to exceed all expectations and empower patients and families to life fully and die well, on their own terms.
Namaste Hospice values include a: Bias toward "yes"; patient self-determination,autonomy and choice; belief in an "abundant universe of possibility"; do good and do well; and work/life balance.
We believe that death is not a failure, but that dying well, on one's own terms, is an ultimate success.
