North Rampart Community Center

Description

During the school year, North Rampart Community Center offers Pre-k through youth and their families a safe, fun and stimulating After School Program from 3-6:30pm. Our program involves computer classes, arts and crafts, tutoring, sporting events, exciting field trips and more to ensure that our programs are anything but ordinary child care.

Our Program employs only the upmost qualified instructors and teachers with educational certifications and degrees. Our program, with its creative curriculum, is designed to provide a high quality, hands-on, child centered learning environment for children and youth.

We are being funded by the Community and Institutional Ministries for these programs. The CIM awarded the center over $67,000, for the remaining of the after-school program and summer camp for 2008. With some of the funding we hired a nutritionist to oversee that healthy meals and snacks are provided for each child while in our care.
