The mission of Hospice is to provide quality, safe and cost effective end-of-life care to persons in need of those services. Hospice provides care that optimizes comfort and dignity and is consistent with patient and family needs and goals, with patient needs and goals as priority.

Description

Comfort Plus Hospice has been serving Peoria, Morton, Pekin and the surrounding areas since 2011. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive and personalized care to those most in need, and are certified by Medicare and the State of Illinois.
