Mission Statement

The American Youth Council, Inc. provides support for students through programs that model leadership, character and respect. We partner student leaders with parents, teachers, administrators, coaches and community volunteers in creating projects that reach at-risk youth in schools and communities.

Description

The American Youth Council, Inc. has two key programs that operate in high schools, 'Character Coaching' and the 'Academy for Engaged Citizenship'. Funding for these programs comes from all star events that encompass county, metro and state high school sports and music events for both boys and girls.

The annual Holiday For Hope project is conducted to engage our youth in service learning activities.
