Description

As approved by the SCF District Board of Trustees, SCF's 2007-10 Strategic Plan emphasizes student success and retention and focuses the College on four priorities.

1. Student Learning and Development: Provide excellence in education and support services to promote student success.

2. Technology and Communication: Use technology to promote student success, faculty and staff development, and operations excellence.

3: Finances, Fundraising and Facilities: Maximize and manage fiscal and capital resources.

4. Human Resources: Recruit, develop and retain an exemplary faculty and staff to preserve SCF's reputation for educational excellence.
