Unearth and Empower Communities works alongside city residents, officials, organizations and businesses to develop interdependent neighborhoods by training and empowering people to transform their communities.

Our initial programming focuses on strengthening the areas of literacy, arts education, mentoring and entrepreneurship for youth and young adults ages 3 to 25 in Compton, California.
