Mission Statement

SEPTEMBER is Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month. Every six minutes, an American woman is diagnosed with gynecologic cancer, including cervical, endometrial, ovarian, peritoneal, tubal, vaginal and vulvar cancers. SF Teal 2 Heal is proud to organize the 2nd 5K /1M Walk Run Event to benefit the UCSF Gynecologic Oncology Research and Awareness events. SF TEAL 2 HEALwill: Support the development of an annotated tissue bank for gynecologic cancer research at UCSF Support the UCSF Gynecologic Oncology Clinical Research Team to provide clinical trials for patients Support the SF Teal 2 Heal 5K /1M Run / Walk 2017 Support the UCSF Gynecologic Cancer Symposium Help patient support groups and the UCSF Gyn Onc Friend’s Circle for innovative awareness and education projects
