These are the moments that define our home and our community

Description

WestLake Care Community is a Skilled Nursing Facility providing 24 hour care to individuals who are no longer able to live independently in the community. We are a culturally diverse population working together to provide the highest practicable level of care for those living in our home. We are seeking volunteers to help combat the three plagues of elders which are lonliness, helplessnes, and boredom.
