RACSB is committed to improving the quality of life for people reising in Planning District 16 (Spotsylvania, Stafford, Fredericksburg, Caroline, and King George) with mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse problems and to preventing the occurrence of these conditions. We do this through an integrated community-based system of care that is responsive to consumer needs and choices, We respect and promote the dignity, rights, and full participation of individuals and their families

Description

RACSB, established in 1970, is an agent of the governments of the City of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and Caroline Counties. RACSB sees as its mission the planning, evaluation, and assessment of needs and the provision of prevention, community education, treatment, and rehabilitative services to the mentally ill, substance abusing and the mentally-retarded individual.
