Mission Statement
The Marin Art & Garden Center is a vibrant, enriching community resource that supports and encourages the arts, horticulture, history and environmental conservation. It provides a unique gathering place to participate in cultural activities and educational opportunities.
Description
Established in 1945, the Marin Art & Garden Center features award-winning gardens and is home to the Moya Library/Ross Historical Society, Laurel House Antiques, Marin Society of Artists gallery, both indoor and outdoor performing arts facilities of Ross Valley Players and Marin Shakespeare’s children’s programs, Pixie Park playground and the MAGC Garden School pre-school. In addition, MAGC partners with the Marin Master Gardeners, the Garden Society of Marin, Marin Garden Club, Marin Bonsai Club, Ross Historical Society and others to provide a variety of public programs.
