The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.

Description

American Cancer Society has Relay For Life events in over 5,000 cities worldwide, who all raise money for the same purpose: to end cancer! There are 3 events in Franklin County: one in Washington, MO, one in Pacific, MO, and one in Sullivan, MO. We need day of event volunteers as well as volunteers who want to help out whenever they have time! We have a wide range of opportunities!
