The mission of the Greenville County Soil and Water Conservation District is to protect natural resources through education, programs, and cooperative efforts with partner organizations to achieve common goals to benefit all of the citizens of Greenville County with efforts in promoting urban and land use planning, conservation awareness, water education, and sustainable agriculture.

Description

Greenville County Soil and Water Conservation District strives to education residents of Greenville County about stormwater runoff and local water pollution. Whether in the classroom, at a community event, or working with partners, GCSWCD aims to make environmental education a fun, hands-on experience so that we may all come together to preserve and protect our natural resources.
